Just got the surprize of my life, with my mail today..My bill from Verizon, of which I find my internet service, which has not been any better or faster in 11 years just went up by $7.00.. Yep now it cost me $43.00 per month, it's no faster than before, and I have a lost connection every other thing..I was never notified of a price hike and am not happy about it, I am in any area that does not have FIOS, and comcast is not in the cards for my house, and they aren't any better in cost..

All I can say is price hikes happen.  Especially in areas with no competition.
