Currently on hold for 45: 30 , and still waiting for support, it said the wait was going to be 8 min Internet keeps kicking out wired and wireless. Four visits over the last year and half. I wish someone from Verizon would just stay with the problem and fix.
Would you like to troubleshoot this problem with us here at the forums? We just need to know what speed tier you pay for, and what equipment (modem/router) being used.
Unplug modem wait for 30 seconds and plug back in see if that helps
Try the online chat. It still has a wait time but not as long as calling in.
