Home Network Protection Not Activated On Your Account


On December 25th, by mistake, I deleted Home Network Protection from the add services page. Since then, I get a red message that says HNP is not activated on your account with no option to activate it. I have spent days on the phone and on chat. Any suggestions? 

I have tried the following:

Signed Out Of App

Deleted/Reinstalled App

HNP Team Said they activated it from their end 

Replaced Router

Thank you.
