Hopeless service

Don't go near Verizon. They have no service. Promise they will come - don't turn up, no communication. Keep on hold for hours, then hang up. No chat available, or if available chat cannot get "tech slot" after half hour texting. They are hopeless - get out while you can.

Agreed.  The salesman was a downright liar.  "Fast and reliable" he said.  Over 12 hours, still cannot activate my Internet.  I had Optimum for over 5 years, not a single problem.  Verizon are a bunch of cheats and liars.
