Here we go again. Download speed of 0.11. Highest ever, 2.89. Same old song and dance from Verizon. Time to change!

Have you pushed Verizon to have your line moved to less congested gear if the speed in your modem is not changing? It is a common workaround for the times where an upgrade is not considered an option.
