My first recommendation is: Don't.
Every modern OS has built in, high quality, supported and updated security tools. You may have to turn them on. If they aren't enough for your needs, there are several very good free and commercial options available; google is your friend.
I don't recommend getting security software from an ISP, as security is not their primary business. For example, the suite you've mentioned is already end-of-lifed by Verizon. You can likely find the answer to your question in the Verizon documentation. Here's a link google found for me:
