The onlyVerizon? home page listed under internet options is Verizon. I want to add Internet Explorer as my default homepage, how do I do it or what do I type in the box under Verizon address?

Your question is unclear. Do you want to set the Internet Explorer homepage?
If so, go to the page you want to use as the homepage.
Open Tools > Internet options
Under homepage, click "use current"
If that isn't what you are trying to do please rephrase your question.
Sorry, it should read I want to set Internet Explorer as my default homepage. When I go to tools, Internet Options, and then the general tab, it lists my current choice which is Verizon (http://entertainment.Verizon.com. I would like to add Internet Explorer to this area also but I do not know what address to type here to get internet explorer added to the list? Can anyone help?

Internet Explorer is a browser, not a homepage. I am afraid I don't understand what you are asking for.
