How do I open an investigation for account if I suspect a Verizon employee is hacking into my router

My emails have been hacked into.  I do not access these emails on a smartphone. They have only been accessed on my home laptop. I believe someone (possibly a Verizon employee) is hacking into my router and is accessing my laptop remotely and watching my internet activities.
