How do I see how much data I am using for the month for my FIOS internet?
I don't think they have a place that shows it. The routers may be able to display this info.
No easy way to do it.
But unless you are using huge amounts of data, it doesn't mater.
FiOS doesn't have data caps

Unlike companies like Netgear who have an app called Netgear Genie this will tell you what you are using per day, week or month. Most good high end routers has this ability.
i am certain that Verizon Quantum Gateway routers don’t have this available.
fios as you have been told in another reply is unlimited so actual usage is not necessary to be logged.
