I am trying to hook up my xbox 360 to xbox live and it is telling me that my UPnP settings are set to moderate. I need them to be set to OPEN. How do I do this?

#1 Are you using this modem with the USB Cable OR are you using in WiFi Mode?
#2 If you are using WiFi Mode:
a) In the router at the first screen that you see after you log-in as need be, will be an Internet IP Address.
If it helps/clue/hint: A sample screen shows the first screen is the manual / user guide on pages 34 (out of 80 pages). There they hide the IP Address.
b) That IP Address in your router should be the same IP that you saw at portforward.com where it says Your external IP is
c) If not, please report that fact.
