Can you clarify why calling Verizon isn't helping? What does their sales department say?
You should be able to go to any Verizon page (including this one), mouse over the Shop tab, then click on the Check Availability > button. Once you enter your address, you should be presented with your options.
verizon said my line is qualify for 7 mbps but central office said im only qualify for 3 mbps LOL
I am in Pa zip code 19454 and I want to know if Verizon is planning any speed upgrades for my area. I currently have 3360 / 864 (served off Litespan I believe) which works okay but I am looking for more download speed and Comcast is my only other option since the community I live in has not allowed FiOS to be built in the development. Customer service has no answers. I am a retired employee and when I was working I could call my contacts in outside plant engineering for answers but my contacts have since retired.
