How to avoid moving fee (Save 99$!!!!)

Hi guys,

So I moved service today and was bombed with 99$ as set up fee when my monthly actually costs 50$. When you need to move, please remember to CANCEL SERVICE and start a new one as that way it waves the 99$ setup bull**** fee. I hope no one gets ripped off like me.

I believe the fee should have been told to you prior to agreeing to the service.

i paid no installation fee when I ordered online. It stated it in the confirmation email sent to me as well as a number to call if anything was not correct.
