I do not see where I can file a complaint and doubt it would be taken seriously. When you don't have a choice between competitors it doesn't matter how customers are treated I suppose.
I have been on the phone five times in the last four hours and was hung up on twice before a conversation even started. Just audible receiver click.

Contact your states public service/utilities commission who has jurisdiction over Verizon and cable, tv and phone. You can also complain to your states attorney generals office. Google it
you can also go to http://www.bbb.org or http://www.fcc.gov please note the FCC probably won’t do anything since it’s head commissioner is a form Verizon employee.
