How to request Fios for my Neighborhood.

I am looking to request FIOS for my neighborhood, we are a community of about 45 homes and would like to add Verizon Fios to our list of utilities serviced. Right now we can only recieve Brighthouse Cable & Internet.

Safety Harbor, FL 34695

From my understanding the city of Safety Harbor has FIOS availability and I am wondering why this neighborhood has been passed by. I would like to formally request this service.
