Is it possible to have BOTH the Ethernet and the COAX jacks on the I-211-MH ONT ENABLED at the same time ???

No you can only have one WAN connection from ONT to the router. Either ethernet or coax but not both.

As Edg1 states, both cannot be enabled for Internet.  If you are a TV and Internet customer, know that TV is always provided over coax.  If Internet is configured for Ethernet, you'll have both connected.
