Hello,
Less than a month ago, I was told I would get a credit for loss of internet service for over a month. I just receive my new bill and its still about the same as the previous month. When will the credit show up in my bill? Here is copy of that message:

Alright. I've contacted our Billing team. We were able to get 1month and 5 days credited to you. It will take a billing cycle to show up though. Did you have any more questions or need any further assistance?
