Dear Verizon Team,

I did not order any upgrade that will increase my monthly bill, especially now as I am not in the country and don’t even use your services at the moment.  In order to avoid my interpretation of your actions as rather dubious way of swindling your loyal customers by adding orders without their consent – please remove all changes to my account indicated in the “order” below.

I did not place this order.
