I'm in a dead zone

I am 22 miles south of downtown houston and we still cannot get any kind of real home broadband service (verizon DSL). Ofcourse, just miles away (in a non verizon zone), there is AT&T and Comcast providing service.

For years the verizon website has told us that verizon broadband service is unavailable. We are verizon home phone customers.

Its almost as if we have been forgotten, despite being right next to the 4th largest city in america.

I am fed up with the wireless alternatives. CLEAR internet is beyond awful.

Who can I contact regarding this? Any e-mail? Physical address I can mail to?
