I am having a problem with my default location.. It seems to automatically default to LA 90011 or Huntington park? This happens when I am surfing the web and check on availability of an item in my location. It defaults to LA or somewhere 80 miles from my location. Even though I have MY address and zip in my computer set to 92567. I was reading online and saw that it could be my IP address and it's location is this true?

Your location can be set in several ways. WIN7 allows the zip to be set, WIN8 only sets the country. I'm assuming that is what you have set.
Some programs use cookies to set the location. The only way to get rid of that is to delete the cookies. Uless you know which is the offender, you would need to delete all cookies.
Google search also stores your location. To change it:
Do a google search.
Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
Select "search settings" from the drop down menu.
Select "location" in the left side menu.
Enter your desired location and click Save.
* You can change it, but not disable it.
Other search engines probably have a similar feature, but offhand I don't know how to change it in them.
