I think it's crazy that Verizon can't give a straight answer for this. I have called and spoken to numerous people in different departments. Someone even opened a 'ticket' for it to be checked, with no resolution.
I live in a condo complex. According to the website, high speed internet is NOT available at my address, BUT it is available at the address of the condo RIGHT BELOW me.
Something is wrong there. If internet is available, I would like to purchase. If not, WHEN will it be in my area? Other areas of my town have it!
That is all,
SC
This is a database error. Talk to Billing and Sales and have them put in a request with the local engineering office to get this fixed up. That's about all you can do yourself.
One thing which also comes to mind is how you're entering in your address to the Verizon system. Sometimes entering your address slightly different from the way the site is offering to fill it in, will give you the expected result.
