A 15% increase!!!?!!! That's unbelievable! 

Verizon stock is trading at a 5 year high, distributing 4.5% dividend on stocks and you're raising my rates after record profits?   How about taking care of your customers and not lining your pockets?

And I'm still only getting 1 Mbps download speed.
