I have recived a package via UPS and it contained only filters to install.  Have not recived any thing elce.  Does the install tech. bring and install every thing elce required

Usually DSL is a self install service, especially if you already have phone service in your home. Those filters are usually accompanied by a DSL modem which you can install on your own.

Check your order or with Verizon to see if a technician is actually coming. They do keep modems in their trucks. Although if a tech is coming they might as well install a Home Run versus sending you filters.
