Last July, Verizon installed FIOS for me at my new home. They cut one elbow joint (we thought) on our sprinkler system. Today, we had the sprinkler group come and check the system because the water bill has been through the roof. They found 2 complete tears in the system.
They paid for the last repair, but now this is more major as you can see. You can also see it's obvious who did it by the orange. How do I get Verizon to help as they don't answer the phones anymore because their strike is becoming MY problem?
