I'm considering upgrading to the 150/150 tier. My ONT is currently connected via coax. If I upgrade to 150/150, will the installer be able to wire the ethernet cable
from the ONT outside the house to the second floor?

I woud say that should not be an issue. I would treat the instaler real nice and he/she would be happy to assist you. Also tip them well (even if there is an install charge from verizon)
The guy I had was great on installation. He did say up front he was not computer savvy but between us both it was hooked up in record time. It was a real pleasure working with him.
It may depend.
As previous post said, they may do it if you are nice (and maybe even offer to help).
But a lot depends on how hard it is.
Do you know how coax is run?
If there is an opening that wil allow them to do it, you may get lucky.
But if it is a lot of hole drilling and fishing, maybe not.
