I installed a 7 day freee trial to go trusted because I had ping issues when I play games on the computer. I had no internet the next day. I couln't uninstall or cancel the service because I had no internet. I had to use my sister's computer to try to cancel the service, but I couldn't uninctall it in my computer, Is there way for Verizon to get rid of go trusted so I can use my internet again?

Easiest way is to use System Restore on the system if the VPN cannot be shut off. Roll the system back to the time before the VPN installation and it should be good to go upon rebooting.
