Intermittent Fios service, dropped support call

I've been having intermittent Fios outages (5-20 minutes in duration) 5-10 times per week for the past several months.  Often in the middle of the night when I'm in bed. (I get notifications from my equipment monitoring) Sometimes in the middle of the work day.  Not every day, but most days. (2x today, plus again just after midnight)

A technician came out in July and replaced the ONT, and VZW router, but the issues have continued. It's frustrating to speak with a technician who 

  1. Says everything is OK
  2. ignores that I've got a UPS on my router and ONT
  3. ignores that my router stays up during internet outages
  4. Hangs up on me as I ask "what else can it be"? 

Please help?
