Intermittent internet connection in Panorama City,Ca.

I have upgraded from the Westell modem to the new wireless router/modem, but I still have to restart my moden 2-3 times a day because I lose internet connection. Any fixes . Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

If this wasn't happening prior to the equipment upgrade, sounds like its the router/modem that's causing the issue. Have you tried factory resetting it? What's the make and model? Was it provided by Verizon or did you get it elsewhere?
