After around 6 PM, my internet connection just goes to hell. I can not stay connected to the internet for longer than 5 minutes without it crapping out on me. It still says I'm connected sometimes, but it's obvious the connection is broken - I cannot load any pages. Sometimes, the little yellow triangle (!) mark pops up next to the wireless sign, and a 'repair' simply disable my adapter and re-enables it. Strangely enough, it works perfectly again for the next 5 minutes and then the same thing repeats.
I am stumped. I have reset my router, done the 'turn off, unplug, replug, turn on" routine a million times, and it seems I'm forever stuck disabling and re-enabling my adapter over and over again 20 times an hour just to watch videos or send emails.
The strange part, is that the connection is usually fine from morning till a little after noon - after that, it's all hands on deck for Mr. Verizon's Wild Ride.
