Internet Bill Increase

My bill for high speed internet went from $31.00 to $36.13. I am supposed to be receiving a bundle discount because I have Direct TV and Direct TV has told me in the past that the bundle discount comes from your end. I want to know why my bill increased again when I am only receiving high speed internet. I will pay my past due amounts for $31.00 only.
