Internet Disconnects, Router Blinks

I moved to Giganet less than a week back. All family members are working from home. Everyone is complaining that connection is lost frequently and it comes back up. I observed last time that Giganet router white light in the front was blinking. What is the issue??

#1 While we get that you have FIOS Internet, do you also have FIOS TV?

#2 How are the computers connected to the router? If there are computers by wire and others by wireless, say by saying mixed.
