Internet Down for 2 days in Piscataway Area in NJ

Reported the issue like 4 times. Each time have to go thru same old reboot and check this n that lights working or not.
One time waited for 45 min. just to hear it will be fixed in next couple of hours. ANd this is coming from a Supervisor who was busy for 45 min.
