Why have Verizon tickets {edited for privacy} & {edited for privacy} been closed...I still have NO internet service!?!

Thanks, but the representatives across the Pacific are basically clueless and I was looking for another repair contact alternative.
A lot of us won't be able to help with your ticket status here, since we're just customers. But if you can describe what your modem is doing, we may be able to offer some suggestions as to how to go about troubleshooting further.
