I recently had my Internet service activated around October 4. It was working until the 7th morning of Sunday (7th of October), the Internet light does not light up anymore. Until now, my internet is no longer working. I'm just connecting from available Wifi signals in my location.
Here are some details
DSL light - Fixed light up
Internet light - no light
Wireless and Power light - Fixed light up
In addition, when I was using the internet, from 4 to 6, it was really slow wherein youtube videos still stops for awhile. The service I ordered is the "Enhanced Double Bundle." I need some assistance on this as I really need to activate this immediately for my graduate school studies and constant communication overseas.
