Less then a month ago I got high speed internet. Up until two nights ago everything was working fine, then all of a sudden stopped. All the lights on the modem are on except for the internet light. I've tried turning everything off and unplugging it, like suggested, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

It would help to know at least:

#1 What is the brand and model of your modem?

#2 What is the brand and model of your router?
