Internet and phone

Have not had Internet or phone since 2/28. And this is not the first time. How bout monthly! We make the phone calls to customer service and of course all we get it the standard reply, " we are working on the problem and hope to have it fixed by (fill in arbitrary time)". All I wish for is a direct and truthfull answer. Is it due to the fact where we live in New Port Richey? Or maybe it is because Verizon can't deliver on their promises? Is it due to the laying of wires underground on Little Road?The Internet is VERY important due to the fact we work from home. We switched from Brighthouse because I actually thought it would be what was being promised, better quality and SERVICE. This is the 21st century and one would think that Verizon's technical advancements would have caught up by now. If we decide to with Verizon you owe us BIG time.
