I live in Georgetown TX and Verizon says all they can offer is 1.5 to 3 Mbps. The only other provider is AT&T. Now my internet connection is intermittent for the past 4 days and no resolution. I've been on the phone for hours since Monday and still no fix. A technician came out and said it is my lines and that they will probably have to replace them and that he would be out today but he was a no show.
I'm about at the end of my wits on this and will be looking for another provider if Verizon doesn't get off there **bleep** and provide me better service.
This is my internet speed upload and download and it is absolutely ridiculous to work with this slow and intermittent speeds.
I want someone from Verizon to address my issue and fix it.
