Internet connection can’t get help

I’m having internet connection issues. Need to talk to someone, maybe schedule a technician. Been on hold for over an hour, tried to chat, tried to tweet, can’t get any help. Help!

if you have a cell phone you can tweet them from there if your internet is down.

Also, for things like this, I've found their FB message can be helpful and replies very quickly.
