Internet drops signal about every two hours

We had a storm three weeks ago and power knocked out.   When it was restored after 4 days, the internet connection (ethernet and WiFi) drops out after 2 hours and we have to continually reboot.   ....then another two hours and crash.    (We do not have Fios TV service.)   We had two routers replaced, the fiber box and the power unit that supports the fiber box.   However, when we are down, I can access the router (via IP address) via ethernet or wifi so the problem is not at the house but after the house.  I even brought my laptop from work home, to verify I could do this on two separate machines.   What is Verizon's next step to fix the issue?????

Are you using Verizon router?

When Internet is out, do you have any error conditions on Router?

How is router connected to ONT? COax or Ethernet?

If Ethernet, do you have a link light on the wan port?

Take a look at ONT when Internet is working.

Then when Internet quits, look again at ONT lights and not any differences.

This info should help support decide the next step.
