Internet goes out the same time every night

Is this part of your new plan your offering or what's the deal with this? 

Every night between 2:30-3:30 the internet goes out briefly, but enough to interrupt what I am doing. 

If you guys didn't monopolize the internet I would have already swapped to a more reliable ISP. Crooks. Fix your systems.

Welcome to the forums.  You're talking to other users here.  If you want to reach Verizon, you'll need to call or chat with them.

There are lots of helpful users here.  If you're friendly and give us a few more details about the issue, some of us might be able to help diagnose the problem.  But remember we're not Verizon support, so we only know what you tell us and have no ability to change anything about your service or Verizon's network.

When the Internet goes out, do you see any abnormalities on the ONT, such as a red Fail LED or NTWK LED unlit?
