Hi, the internet at Secaucus is not working for 2 days now, and it seems the date for fixing it keeps on moving 12 hours. Called up customer service, they said it would be fixed yesterday 11:15 PM, but still broken. Now on call with customer service for more than 1 hour 30 minutes but no response. Is there any way to escalate the issue to be fixed? The service seems to be normal in other appartments i . my building. Its quite frustrating as I cannot login to office or use my TV.
