Somebody else has to have this problem. It’s been going on for years now. On the hour, and half hour usually starting at 8:30pm, I will lose internet for 4 minutes, and it will resume again. Just long enough for me to give up reporting it, or doing something about it. BUT SOMETIMES I FORGET TO PUT WIFI BACK ON, and eventually run up my data causing me tens of bucks extra per month. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THIS, and an automated reset is not helping. The resolved problem will be back again tomorrow. And telling me the outage will be resolved in 24 hours isn’t helping anymore. There is no construction, no break in service, this is just a new way of throttling- and it’s not fair. I don’t want to have to wait 15 minutes to find out what joe said on Facebook.
