Internet service keeps disconnecting

I moved into a new house which already had Verizon Fios service. I swapped my previous service to the new house and everything worked fine for a few days. I’m a internet only customer. After a few days the router light would turn yellow for several hours straight during the day. The internet will only work at night from 9pm to about 2pm. This is consistent. 

I have tried to reset the BBU and that will make the internet work for a few minutes and then it will turn off again. When this happens I noticed there are no lights on the Ethernet port in the ONT. All the other lights are green. I thought it was the Ethernet cable but when I plugged a brand new cable into the ONT and connected it to the router there were still no light on port. The was the case with the old ONT and the new ONT. 

A Verizon tech has come out 3 times and they have replaced the ONT/ BBU and router and the problem continues. 

Has anyone else had this same issue?
