Every single day, after around 4 p.m. my internet service randomly shuts off for about a minute, and comes back on. It does this multiple times. Every. Single. Day. I've tried talking to customer service over the phone, and they're just plain useless.
My modem/rounter model number is GT784WNV.
Do you know if anyone electrical is turning on either inside or nearby your home at around 4PM? Are others such as neighbors seeing the same problem?
We have been having slow internet occasionally since June. Now we have slow internet and randomly, no internet. The techs take you through the same steps, get it started for a bit and then it is gone. When I asked if he was aware of any problems like mine, he said no. After reading these posts, it seems that somebody at Verizon needs to become aware of the problem and find a remedy.

sounds similiar. It shuts off for 5 min and comes back, then goes again within the hour.
