Internet service

 I recently change my phone service from Trinsic to Vonage although I only had Internet with Verizone my internet was also disconnected  I need an answer

From a very quick look, it seems Trinsic was a CLEC, or a reseller of Verizon service. I would speak to Verizon to have your line re-connected, as they should have seen that the line was not meant to be disconnected over a move from your CLEC to a VoIP Provider. The DSL should have been left alone.
