I took Verizon as a bundle with direct TV. This was on 12/28/2013. Few days later direct TV was installed, but realizing I had not received modem from Verizon, I called to inquire when I would receive the modem, and I received it on 01/04/2014. I had a technician install the phone jerk. The modem is showing a blinking DSL light and I have called to ask for help but it been a night mare. Getting someone to talk to feels like calling IRS and this has been a bad experience. I still don’t have internet and I been advised that I will be called soon, but I don’t think anyone will call. Meantime I have to use my phone as a modem to complete my school work.
