Internet down for 3 days with no explanation! Does that mean Verizon will pay me for time lost on my job or give me a prorated bill for no service?! Doubt it!

They will not pay you for lost time on your job but the will prorate you bill for whole days out of service. You need to call Verizon and ask for the billing department to get credit.
