Verizon misspelled my name on my account. Tried calling and getting it changed. It takes 5 verizon reps to do this and i am still on hold. Plus, there dsl service is horrible. I can't believe I have to call a foreign country to get service for dsl service in the U.S.
I wish the reps could do something besides transferring you!

It would be nice if they would add a email address to the contact-us like pretty much every other company on the Internet. The labor costs would actually be reduced for them and it would keep the customers happier.

I am really tired of Verizon changing the nome page...leave alone!!! Am I the only one tired of all these changes that do nothing for us?:
