Is this really happening?

I called in on sunday because my internet services were out.. Mind you i went through 3 reps.
 I was first told it was the line outside of my house, Then told my modem...
They stated they would be out to fix it I receive a call telling me it was fixed.. I come home that night to NO INTERNET..again.
Now being tuseday there is NOW a outage in my area? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Funny how i have an outage and i can get online to write in a fourm? Or that my Neighbors have your service and have NO ISSUES. This is horrible, I pay so much for a service that doesnt like to work.. but i never call because i work so much.. Now im just flusterated...

Why is it that i also cant even check if there is an outage in my area because that page wont even load..
