Hi:
I have been having problems with my DSL connection, the green light appears on the router but I have no connection on my computer, I have to reboot the router to get my connection back on to my computer.
Has anyone experienced this?
NYCityGirl
I live in the country in PA and have had the same problem since I moved into this house. I have had Verizon techs out here 5 times. I had wireless connectivity for 2 days in the last month and a half.
I can connect via ethernet, but no wireless signal to any device.
They keep telling me its the software on my computer...ummm. on ALL of my computers, phone, blu-ray, tablets, everythign??? I dont think so.
Which green light are you speaking of? It should be labeled.
As for the above post, if you're not getting a Wireless signal, tell us what modem/router Verizon supplied you with. The Wireless may just be shut off.
