For almost a week starzplay stopped connecting. I've tried deinstalling and reinstalling several times, both on my own and with a Verizon Live Chat rep-with no success! I was advised to call starzplay directly, but I don't have the number. I'm at the end of my rope!!!!!!

Double check your PC's firewall to make sure it isn't actually blocking Starzplay from working. It's also worthwhile to check your modem's firewall to see if that was enabled. They are normally disabled by default, but when set to the Low and especially High settings, can cause problems with certain applications.

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately, I am NOT computer savvy at all!! Maybe I can get a verizon rep to either do a screen sharing session with me or walk me through it lol. Seriously, thank you...
